• What’s the difference between Personal License and Business License?

  Just like its name suggests, the Personal License of Apeaksoft Screen Recorder is for personal use, while Business License is specially provided for groups and teams that need to use the Screen Recorder for work or business purpose.

• How can I get the license code after purchase?

  Generally speaking, you will receive the order confirmation email with details of your order within 2 hours after you place an order. You can activate the full functions of Apeaksoft Screen Recorder with your order email and the registration code in the order confirmation email.

• Can I cancel my subscription plan?

  Of course you can. You will receive an email notification 7 days before the end of the subscription, including instructions to either renew the subscription or cancel it.
