Put Your iPhone Close to Computer

Bluetooth signals are available within 10 meters. You should ensure your iPhone stays close to your computer or the connection is unstable.

Unpaired Devices

Your iPhone won't connect to your computer if you didn't manually match them the first time. You should go to Settings on your iPhone and tap the name of your computer to connect.
With this connection, your computer and iPhone will remember each other. The next time you turn on Bluetooth, they will connect automatically.

Incompatible Devices

Bluetooth is commonly used, but if your computer is outdated, it may not support Bluetooth. Also, an outdated device owns an outdated Bluetooth driver, which can’t match a newer driver on your iPhone.
You can search for detailed information about your computer online or ask the manufacturer to check what devices are compatible with this product.

Interferences Around Your Devices

Something such as a refrigerator, metal case, or other metal will interfere with the Bluetooth connection. You'd better stay your iPhone away from those kinds of stuff or take off the metal case on your iPhone.
